I bought a Ceramic Poppy on behalf of the family, as 1 of these Poppies in the Tower Moat represented my Great-Grandfather. Charles Harding Smith, Rifleman, West Yorkshire Regiment (Prince of Wales’s Own), Killed in Action on 9th October 1917 at Passchendaele. He will be Forever Remembered by his family. We did go & see the Poppies in the Tower Moat, which was absolutely breath taking. We have a cheaper metal Poppy in the garden in Remembrance, as this Ceramic Poppy is too precious to plant outside. LEST WE FORGET.
